What's the role?

As a Lead Sales Solutions Specialist, you will support partner managers and technical teams with solution design, technical enablement, and integration guidance to ensure partners can successfully deliver location-driven solutions to their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical advisor for partners in Brazil and South America, leading technical discovery and understanding partner needs.
  • Deliver presentations, workshops, and demos in Portuguese to technical and executive audiences, supporting partner go-to-market initiatives.
  • Design solution architectures using location APIs, SDKs, datasets, and cloud services, providing recommendations for spatial workflows and integrations.
  • Support partners in evaluating datasets, building PoCs, and validating geospatial use cases to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Own partner technical onboarding, training, and readiness, creating enablement content and reference architectures.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align partner solutions with HERE’s capabilities and roadmap.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks during partner integration cycles, ensuring smooth delivery and long-term success.

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, GIS, or cloud solution design.
  • 2+ years supporting channel partners, ISVs, or technology alliances.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or GIS.
  • Strong understanding of GIS, spatial analytics, and location services.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and database systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and data architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese for technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple partner engagements, and drive outcomes.
