SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform payroll functions for security personnel using Dayforce or other designated software system
- Perform Accounts Payable activities (processing POs, credit card reconciliation, etc.)
- Build the work schedule of all full and part-time security officers, ensuring there is proper coverage to maintain the needed security related services
- Ensure all part-time security officers scheduled to work do not exceed an average of 30 hours per week, in compliance with the organization’s HR policy
- Build staffing grids for all special events as directed
- Participate in meetings with the Director of Security and Event Managers to plan needed staffing resources for special events
- Maintain excellent working relationships with all internal and external partnerships
- Give direction and guidance to the full and part-time Security Officers, assisting with security related activities as deemed appropriate
- Assist the Director of Security with the management of requests for vacation, sick leave and time away from the building, ensuring that there is adequate coverage to maintain security services at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
