To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Deep knowledge of leadership development, adult learning, instructional design, organizational development, and talent development practices.

  • Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence leaders and build effective partnerships across a matrixed organization.
  • Systems-thinking capabilities that enable you to connect development experiences to broader leadership architecture, talent priorities, and business outcomes.
  • Expertise in designing inclusive, globally scalable learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences, work environments, and career pathways.
  • Strong project, implementation, and vendor management skills with the ability to balance quality, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Analytical and evidence-based decision-making capabilities with experience measuring leadership effectiveness, capability growth, and program impact.
