What you'll do here:

  • Design learning experiences across products by creating and improving engagements, study resources, practice activities, and assessments.

  • Apply learning science and instructional methods to strengthen learning outcomes.

  • Partner with Content Managers and the In-House SME to translate content into clear, cohesive instruction that supports a range of learners and readiness levels.

  • Develop and maintain learning design templates, patterns, and guidelines so internal teams and vendors can build consistently strong learning experiences.

  • Review in-progress content and provide clear, actionable feedback that improves instructional clarity, quality, and engagement.

  • Collaborate during project planning to recommend revision strategy, new content development approaches, digital and media strategy, and assessment strategy aligned to product goals and constraints.

  • Use research, learner insights, and performance data (when available) to identify learning challenges and propose practical improvements.

  • Support pilots and iteration cycles by defining quality expectations and evaluating whether learning experiences meet them.

  • Ensure learning experiences support accessibility and inclusive design.

  • Build strong working relationships across teams and contribute to a culture of iteration, learning, and continuous improvement.

Skills you will need here:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Build, Learning Sciences, Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.

  • Shown experience crafting learning experiences for adult learners, preferably in digital learning, curriculum, or workforce education.

  • Proven ability to apply principles from educational psychology and curriculum development (for example: retrieval practice, spacing, cognitive load management, feedback, transfer, motivation) in real products.

  • Experience designing learning activities and assessments that build skills and support performance outcomes.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to transform complex content into understandable, learnable instruction.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and providing actionable feedback to improve work.

  • Comfort managing multiple projects and priorities at once, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Familiarity with principles of usability and building that embrace diversity, including clear language and user-friendliness considerations.

Proficiency with common workplace tools (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace) and comfort learning new platforms and workflows

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD
