Essential Job Functions
1. High-Potential & Leadership Development (35%)
Oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of a high-potential or leadership development program.
Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure program content aligns with leadership expectations and business needs.
Manage program logistics, learner experience, and continuous improvement efforts.
2. Onboarding & Learning Delivery (35%)
Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new employees, including facilitation of new hire orientation.
Ensure onboarding experiences are consistent, engaging, and effective.
Support and deliver manager onboarding and enablement programs.
3. Learning Technology and LMS Administration (15%)
Serve as owner and administrator of agilon’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Manage learning content, assignments, enrollments, and reporting within the LMS.
Ensure learning data accuracy, compliance tracking, and ease of use for employees and managers.
4. Measurement, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement (15%)
Track and report on key learning metrics such as participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
Use data and learner feedback to improve learning programs and processes.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support organizational learning needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
Demonstrated experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD).
Experience facilitating learning for employee and manager audiences.
Hands-on experience administering an LMS.
Working knowledge of change management methodologies.
Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
