In this role, you will utilize your expertise to optimize the LMS's functionality, streamline training processes, and ensure adherence to all compliance standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design and implement innovative training solutions that engage learners effectively while fostering a culture of ongoing learning.
What you'll do

  • Compliance Course Development: Work closely with compliance program managers and subject matter experts to create and maintain compliance training courses. Ensure that all content meets regulatory standards and is updated regularly in accordance with changing laws and policies.
  • System Training: Create a training program for the People Team, admins, and learners to help everyone use the LMS effectively, covering easy-to-follow guides, best practices for scaling programs, and helpful resources to make navigating the system
  • Documentation Maintenance: Ensure that all documentation related to LMS processes and training materials is regularly updated and easily accessible for administrators and stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze user engagement data related to training programs and compliance training to assess effectiveness and completion rates. Make recommendations for enhancements based on user feedback, compliance updates, and technological advancements.
  • Releases & Roadmap: Conduct LMS capability assessments, contribute to the system roadmap and enhancements, test vendor releases to ensure new updates do not impact stakeholders, and inform administrators about upcoming changes.
  • Collaboration: Consult with stakeholders on the best ways to set up their training programs and utilize the LMS for scaling, tracking completion, and extracting data.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on trends in Learning technology, LMS developments, and regulatory changes affecting compliance training. Propose new features or integrations that can improve learning outcomes and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience managing an LMS in a corporate setting, with a focus on compliance training preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various LMS platforms (Preferably Workday Learning).
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues related to software (e.g. Articulate, Udemy).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to compliance training (e.g., Harassment & Discrimination, Government Contract Regulation, Privacy and Security).
  • Have successfully developed a comprehensive Admin Training Program designed to upskill program managers across various functions within a decentralized support model.
