Role Description
Come see how a legal team supports a business. Are you passionate about the law and how businesses operate? Do you love a challenging, team-focused, dynamic environment? As a legal intern, you’ll work closely with different groups across Dropbox’s Legal Team and gain practical experience in the intersection of law and business. You’ll also have the opportunity to make connections with law firms that Dropbox works with and gain added insight into a law firm experience from the outside. Under the supervision of our attorneys, you’ll see how an in-house legal team operates, help us build scalable legal infrastructure to serve the company, and collaborate closely with mentor attorneys and other members of the legal team.
- You'll learn how an in-house legal department works with stakeholders across the business
- You'll work with attorneys and legal staff to help evaluate important issues faved by the company
- You'll help build and improve legal department processes
Requirements
- JD candidate class of 2027 (i.e. current 1L students)
- Strong analytical skills
- Enthusiasm and passion for technology, law, and business
- Interest in engaging with a variety of teams within an in-house legal department
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
- Eagerness to learn new things
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a Virtual First environment
- Collaborative, team-first mindset

Compensation
US Pay Range
$7,000—$7,500 USD
