We are seeking a motivated Legal Operations Manager that can bring people, processes and technology together to drive operational excellence in the legal function, excels at cross-functional relationship building, and thrives on learning new tech stacks.

Our Legal Team provides a solution-oriented approach to counseling our internal business stakeholders. We’re a group of seasoned business-forward legal professionals, who work collaboratively, have a healthy sense of humor, are humble, and are kind to one another and our coworkers.

In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, HR, and operations teams to create legal processes that are efficient for all parties involved
  • Track, prioritize and manage all incoming requests to the legal team via the legal ticketing process that services company wide business functions
  • Organize the legal teams day to day functions, including an external notice alias, and acting as the first line of response for the legal team on slack aliases
  • Manage the legal teams vendors, purchase orders and spend tracking
  • Work with the legal team attorneys to manage contracts with customers and vendors and track appropriate metrics within those documents
  • Build, develop and drive the adoption of new workflow automation
  • Scale, innovate and suggest improvements to existing legal processes
  • Review AI use cases that can help scale the legal function and assist with repetitive tasks and processes
  • Work 100% remotely, and report directly to the Director of Legal
You are someone who has:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company or at a law firm, with experience in the contract field, contracts administration or legal operations.
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Extraordinary written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Thrive learning new tech stacks and implementing processes
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
  • High attention to detail, very strong organizational and project management skills High 
  • Proficient in and have an aptitude for technology, including Google Workplace, Slack, MS Office
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, Asana, Java, or similar enterprise systems is a plus
It would be awesome if you had:
  • Experience in using AI tooling to scale the legal function
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or technology companies

The annual OTE for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 (base + bonus combined).
