About the Role

Join our ambitious Legal Operations team as a Legal Solutions Analyst. You will play a key role in improving our legal technology ecosystem and driving innovation through data insights and AI. This position suits someone passionate about using technology to improve efficiency and provide world-class legal solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities

Legal Technology Management:

  • Partner with Information Technology and Legal’s Technical Product Owner to maintain and coordinate legal technology platforms.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to our legal tech landscape for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Integrate technology-based solutions to optimize workflows, decision-making, and cost savings.
     
Contract Management Support:
  • Collaborate with the Director, Legal Operations and the Director, Contract Management on managing CLM tools.
  • Streamline contract workflows to improve lifecycle management processes.
     
SharePoint Ecosystem Management:
  • Coordinate the Legal SharePoint environment, ensuring accurate governance and document accessibility.
     
Intake Management:
  • Manage the Legal Central Intake system alongside the Senior Legal Operations Analyst.
  • Build and refine workflows for efficient triage and response to requests.
     
Data Analytics & Reporting:
  • Deliver data-driven insights to inform legal collaborators' decision-making.
  • Provide quarterly reports on technology performance and operational benchmarks.
     
Collaborator Engagement:
  • Conduct regular check-ins with legal leaders to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align legal operations with business objectives.
     
Legal Operations Support:
  • Assist in process optimization initiatives across the legal department.
  • Support vendor management, budgeting, and other operational tasks.
     
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with CLM systems and other legal tech tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills.
  • Experience and interest in integrating AI solutions into legal processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
     
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the EdTech industry or companies that emphasize digital tools.
  • Knowledge of legal process automation and project management experience.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
