As the Licensed Vocational Nurse in Home Health is responsible for providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team. May not alter the plan of care
  • Instructs the clients' family in the care of the client and maintenance of a healthy environment for the client
  • Observes, records, and reports to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the client's condition daily

Required Qualifications:
  • Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in state of California
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • CPR Certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified patient needs
  • Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

State Specific Requirement
  • CA: One year prior professional nursing experience as an LVN

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Home care experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
