We Breathe Life Into Data

At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That’s why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry’s largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare’s most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we’re helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.

As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver “wow,” and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.

The Opportunity at Komodo Health:

Komodo Health transforms complex data into actionable insights for the Life Sciences industry. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Revenue Operations, partnering with RevOps — the technical backbone — and Paid Media to ensure low friction in the lead transition process. The mission is to command the Middle Funnel: designing sophisticated, AI-driven automation and content logic that converts high-intent prospects into qualified meetings. As the architect of predictable revenue, this role is responsible for driving exponential pipeline growth across the biopharma landscape.

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished…

  • Accelerated Pipeline Velocity: Achieved step-change improvements in MQL-to-SQL Conversion Rates through optimized engagement architecture.
  • SDR Unification: Established Marketing as the greatest partner to the SDR team, consistently opening doors at target accounts.
  • Funnel Integrity: Successfully implemented and scaled 'Always-On' nurture tracks and 'Recycle' programs that proactively sealed funnel leaks and maximized prospect yield.

These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for…

  • Lifecycle Journey Design: Spearhead the design and management of complex, automated lifecycle journeys tailored for critical Life Sciences segments, including Emerging Biopharma, Large BioPharma, and Medical Affairs.
  • AI Marketing Operations: Act as a primary builder and operator for AI Marketing Agents, generating personalized, high-quality email copy that reinforces brand voice and scientific credibility.
  • SDR Enablement: Own and optimize the marketing-led steps within all SDR cadences, deploying templates and triggers that ensure Speed to Lead and SLA workflows optimized for sub-minute contact times.
  • Conversion Analysis: Execute rigorous analysis of conversion rates across every stage of the Golden Path — from MQL through to Meeting Booked.
  • Attribution & Reporting: Partner with RevOps to ensure flawless attribution and high-visibility reporting in executive dashboards.
  • Signal Qualification: Manage qualification criteria for signals sent to SDRs and Sales to optimize toward qualified pipeline.
  • Email Channel Ownership: Serve as the Email channel owner, covering end-to-end execution, audience management, deliverability, compliance, and coordination of the email calendar.

What you bring to Komodo Health (required):

  • Demand Generation Experience: 5+ years working in Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Operations with a demonstrable focus on high-volume, automated campaign execution.
  • Technical Command: Deep expertise in HubSpot — Workflows, Sequences, and Lists — and its synchronization with Salesforce is mandatory.
  • AI Fluency: Proven early adopter who can strategically prompt AI agents to produce professional, B2B-ready copy that elevates brand trust.
  • Life Sciences Acumen: Direct familiarity with the biopharma landscape — Commercial vs. Clinical, Therapeutic Areas — essential for credible and targeted messaging.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex BI dashboards and translate insights into immediate, tactical decisions, with an understanding of the underlying data architecture.

Additional skills and experience we'd prioritize (nice to have):

  • Hands-on experience with 6sense or advanced intent data platforms.

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
