ABOUT THE ROLE
The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and improve customer retention. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Director and cross-functional teams (content, design, and sales) to deliver personalized, impactful email marketing experiences to our audience. From demand generation to customer lifecycle campaigns, you’ll own the email strategy and be a key driver of Teikametrics’ overall marketing performance.

*We expect this role to be in office one day a week.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Email Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns across various stages of the customer lifecycle (lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, product adoption)
  • Use HubSpot to create, manage, and track email campaigns, leveraging segmentation for targeted communications
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Director to ensure alignment between email campaigns and overarching marketing objectives
  • Manage email lists and segmentation, ensuring campaigns are targeted and personalized for maximum impact
  • Continuously optimize email content for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on the performance of email campaigns, analyzing key metrics like open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs, and sending times to improve performance
  • Provide regular performance reports to the Growth Marketing Director and other key stakeholders, using insights from both HubSpot and Salesforce to inform future strategies
  • ✍️ Content Creation & Collaboration
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure email copy is on-brand, informative, and engaging for our audience
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling and responsive email templates
  • Write compelling email copy that drives engagement, with a focus on personalization and relevance
  • Ensure email content adheres to best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Customer Journey Optimization
  • Create and optimize automated email workflows (welcome series, lead nurture, product recommendations, etc.) within HubSpot
  • Monitor and refine email funnels to ensure they are aligned with buyer personas, product offerings, and overall brand voice
  • Build and implement lifecycle email strategies to improve customer retention, product adoption, and upselling
  • CRM Integration & Data Sync
  • Leverage Salesforce data to enhance email segmentation and personalization, ensuring consistency across email marketing and CRM touchpoints
  • Sync lead and customer data between HubSpot and Salesforce, maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact records to improve targeting and lead nurturing

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech-focused company
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce for campaign creation, segmentation, reporting, and data synchronization
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and list management
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign analysis, and reporting
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle strategies and lead nurturing
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, including design and content
