About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The Role

You will sit within Legora's Strategic Accounts function — a focused team responsible for our most important customers and highest-impact commercial opportunities. You'll work directly with senior GTM leaders and Account Executives on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals across top-tier law firms and global enterprises.

This is not a standard entry-level role. You will be expected to contribute to real commercial outcomes from day one — operating at the intersection of sales, strategy, and operations, and helping shape the systems that underpin how we win and scale.

It's a hands-on, high-ownership role designed for someone who wants to compress their learning curve and develop a deep, practical understanding of how enterprise GTM works — by being directly in the room where it happens.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive deal execution — preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders, and owning proposals and demos end to end.

  • Mobilise Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success resources to bring the full weight of Legora's capabilities to bear on each strategic account.

  • Qualify leads, research accounts, and build outreach strategies tailored precisely to the needs and priorities of top-tier law firms and enterprise buyers.

  • Generate pipeline across strategic accounts through targeted inbound and outbound initiatives — not just support it.

  • Conduct deep market and account research to surface trends, whitespace, and high-impact use cases before the competition does.

  • Convene high-impact stakeholder groups through curated events and forums — creating platforms for thought leadership, peer exchange, and meaningful commercial engagement.

  • Navigate procurement, information security reviews, due diligence, technical onboarding, and legal negotiations — whatever it takes to drive complex enterprise deals across the line.

  • Feed what you learn on the frontline back into our GTM playbook — helping us scale what works and cut what doesn't.

What You Bring

You're early in your career but serious about building world-class commercial skills. You're curious, analytical, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. You care about outcomes, sweat the details, and want to understand how high-performing GTM teams operate at scale — not from the sidelines, but from inside the work.

We're looking for:
  • 2+ years in management consulting, sales, operations, or a commercial role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to move with confidence in ambiguous, fast-moving situations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — including the ability to produce compelling, polished content from scratch in PowerPoint.

  • Comfort engaging senior stakeholders on complex commercial, technical, and strategic topics — and holding your own in those conversations.

  • A proactive, low-ego mindset. You take ownership, ask the right questions, and get things done without needing to be asked twice.

  • The ability to work fluidly across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success — you know how to bring people together around a shared commercial goal.

  • High learning velocity and the adaptability to thrive in an early-stage environment that moves fast and changes often.

  • Genuine interest in B2B SaaS, AI, and/or the legal industry. Prior experience is a plus — intellectual curiosity is the requirement.

What’s In It For You
  • Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.

  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.

  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.

  • In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.

  • Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package:
    Medical, Dental & Vision

    • Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente

    • HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection)

    • Dental plans via MetLife

    • Vision plans via Vision Care

    Family Support

    • Generous parental leave

    • Free access to Maven Clinic

    • Dependent Care FSA

    • Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents

    Additional Perks

    • Pre-tax commuter benefits

    • Life Insurance + STD/LTD

    • 401(K) with generous company match

    • Unlimited PTO

    • Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
