We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage our daily shipping and supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for planning delivery routes, tracking shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and communicating with external carriers. Your primary objective is to optimize our fulfillment processes to reduce costs, avoid transit delays, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Shipments: Arrange daily inbound and outbound freight moves with carriers via road, air, or ocean.
- Track and Trace: Monitor shipment statuses in real-time and proactively resolve transport delays or cargo issues.
- Manage Documentation: Prepare and audit bills of lading, packing lists, customs paperwork, and invoices.
- Control Inventory: Record warehouse stock levels and reconcile discrepancies using supply chain software.
