- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other departments to resolve issues and provide updates on delivery status.
- Monitor vehicle locations and ensure compliance with safety regulations during transport.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize logistics strategies and enhance overall operational performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dispatching or logistics management is preferred.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems software is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with team members and clients.
- Ability to analyze logistical data to make informed decisions quickly.
- Proficient typing skills for efficient documentation and reporting.
