Ryther is seeking an LPN to join our team to provide skilled psychiatric care to children and their families. Ryther is a recognized leader in behavioral health services for children facing complex challenges. Ryther’s dedicated and caring professionals bring their knowledge and expertise together from within the disciplines of psychiatry, psychology and individual, family, group or experiential therapies as well as chemical dependency treatment.

Key job responsibilities include:
- Providing direct psychiatric care
- Working in collaboration with the entire therapeutic team, clients & families

The ideal candidate will:
- Be licensed as an LPN in the State of Washington
- Experience working with children with serious mental illness in an inpatient or outpatient setting
- Have knowledge of a wide variety of behavioral health services, such as hospital diversion/sub-acute inpatient care, substance use, and outpatient mental health
