About the role

Are you a Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for bridging technical expertise and business acumen? Do you thrive in building scalable, reliable software and infrastructure? Responsibilities

  • Innovate and Optimize: Develop and refine algorithms for ads retrieval, ranking, CTR or CVR prediction, auto bidding, and auction mechanism design.
  • Drive Quality and ROI: Proactively devise new solutions to enhance ad quality and maximize advertiser ROI.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work with cross-functional teams across the globe to deliver cutting-edge advertising solutions.
  • Lead and Inspire: Demonstrate leadership and self-motivation in driving projects from conception to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in development, with deep expertise in machine learning technologies (Recommendation Systems, Advertising Algorithms, NLP, CV). At least 3 years should be specifically focused on advertising algorithms or systems.
  • A strong enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a proven track record in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.
  • A relentless drive to elevate our business to new heights.
