We work alongside farmers to give them affordable, modern solutions that raise efficiency and productivity. We are looking for a Maintenance Intern to join our Technology Development and Innovation team and work with our Field Engineers. You will support installations, routine maintenance, and site visits, and keep the logs and trackers that our service commitments depend on, so our engineers can focus on complex troubleshooting and technical decisions. - Assist with field installations, routine maintenance, inspections and commissioning, under supervision
- Support site surveys and complete pre-site forms, checklists and installation readiness records
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, fault registers, SLA trackers, installation records and service reports
- Collect and organise field readings and operational data, and use Excel to update trackers and prepare basic summaries
- Support troubleshooting by gathering fault information, carrying out approved basic checks and escalating issues promptly

- A Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline
- Entry level (0-1 year). Hands-on project experience is an advantage
- A valid driving licence
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word, with accurate data entry and technical documentation
- Willing to travel to field sites and work outdoors
- Practical, hands-on and organised, with attention to detail and a safety-first approach
- Someone who completes routine assignments reliably with minimal supervision, and who escalates rather than attempts work beyond their competence
- Interest in solar or renewable energy, agri-tech, IoT, electrical installations or equipment maintenance is an advantage
What we offer
- A monthly stipend of KES 20,000 gross
- Real, hands-on field and maintenance experience with honest feedback and clear goals
- A certificate of internship and a reference on successful completion
