The Opportunity
As part of the Business Intelligence team you will develop innovative solutions using TIBCO technologies to enhance client engagement. As a Senior Associate, you will lead complex event processing projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth and deliver exceptional worth to clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and enhance engagement
- Mentor peers and junior staff in technical skills and project execution
- Deliver exceptional results through proactive project management
- Maintain awareness of industry trends to drive innovation
- Uphold rigorous standards of quality and professionalism in every deliverable
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Experience in messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS, MQ, other JMS providers
- Experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization
- Proven experience in developing and implementing RESTful/SOAP services and other integration protocols
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology preferred
- Demonstrating leadership in developing intricate event processing solutions
- Developing integration applications using TIBCO Business Works
- Managing the entire SDLC life cycle effectively
- Utilizing KAFKA for enhanced system performance
- Utilizing Core Java programming for application development
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation
- Monitoring system performance and recommending improvements
- Possessing experience/thorough Knowledge on Java, KAFKA streaming is preferable

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
