This role is for one of our clients

Compensation: $90-$120 per hour
Join a leading AI lab’s cutting-edge Generative AI team and play a key role in building next-generation large language models. We are seeking experienced Management Consulting and Corporate Strategy professionals to bring deep domain expertise and elevate the quality of AI training data.

In this role, you will apply structured problem-solving, consulting frameworks, and strategic thinking to help AI systems better understand complex business challenges and advisory scenarios.


Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with research teams to identify and close knowledge gaps in management consulting and corporate strategy topics
  • Create and maintain high-quality annotation standards aligned with consulting methodologies and frameworks
  • Develop detailed evaluation rubrics to assess strategic reasoning, case analysis, and advisory judgment
  • Review and evaluate consulting-related tasks and solutions, providing clear, actionable feedback
  • Contribute to improving AI model performance through domain expertise
  • Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency, rigor, and accuracy across datasets

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
  • Background at a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent in-house strategy function within a large enterprise
  • Demonstrated career progression (e.g., Analyst → Consultant → Engagement Manager or Partner-track equivalent)
  • Deep expertise in at least one consulting domain such as strategy, operations, M&A, digital transformation, or financial advisory
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and business judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Engagement Details

  • W-2 employment structure with placement at a leading AI lab as part of an extended workforce
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week during weekdays
