  • Lead partnership operations, including performance tracking, reporting, and alignment across provider success teams

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare technology, or customer success, ideally with exposure to AMCs or large health systems

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience navigating complex, multi-site environments

  • Background in program/project management and cross-functional execution; comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams

  • Prior people management experience, with the ability to build and scale teams over time

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience in clinical trials or oncology

  • Background in Consulting

  • MBA or business-focused academic background

  • Experience with post-merger integration

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
