We are looking for a Sales Leader that will oversee a team of Specialists dedicated to driving the Teamwork Collection value proposition. This involves the development and implementation of specific sales strategies customized for enterprise-level customers that highlight the Teamwork Collection, utilize dynamic use cases involving Loom and Rovo along with traditional Atlassian solutions of Jira and Confluence, and achieving aggressive revenue targets. Collaborative efforts are frequently undertaken with Core account teams, Channel Partners, other Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to refine sales procedures, drive value propositions, and elevate customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be accountable for recruiting top sales professionals, nurturing a culture of high performance, and cultivating strong relationships with key Enterprise and Strategic clients.
  • Leading and managing a team of Teamwork Collection Specialists to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the Enterprise and Strategic segments.
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives to penetrate and expand market share in the Enterprise and Strategic segments.
  • Providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the sales team to help them develop their skills and achieve their individual targets.
  • Setting performance goals and metrics for the sales team and monitoring their progress towards meeting these goals.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new members of the sales team as needed to support business growth objectives.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to the sales team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with peer leaders across Core account teams and complimentary Collection teams.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on sales performance to senior management.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the Enterprise and Strategic segments.
  • A working knowledge of organizational teamwork workflows. Ideally, with an emphasis on Software Delivery and the emerging role that AI plays in the Enterprise and Strategic segments.

In The United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $203,180 - $265,263
Zone B: $182,862 - $238,737
Zone C: $168,639 - $220,168
  • 8+ years experience in Sales & 3+ years of management experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience at a digital-native SaaS company, with demonstrated success in both startup/high-growth and enterprise-scale environments
  • Strong a track record of success
  • Experience using CRM, Pipeline Management, and Analytic tools
  • Motivated and inspired to coach, enable, and mentor selling professionals
  • Experience leading and coaching through value driven and solution oriented sales cycles.
  • Comfortable building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in consultative selling approach, defining business outcomes, and representing a value definition.
  • You are someone who wants to challenge the traditional Sales Model and optimize sales processes.
  • Motivated and inspired to coach, enable, and mentor selling professionals
  • You love working in a fast-paced international environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and love sharing your findings with your team.
