    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
    • Tool Evaluation & Roadmap: Assess, recommend, and onboard new tools as needed, maintaining a forward-looking systems roadmap aligned to GTM strategy.
    • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide business systems analysts and administrators while remaining hands-on, ensuring consistent execution and professional development.
    • What You Bring:

      • BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
      • 5–7 years of experience in business systems, revenue operations, or sales systems administration.
      • Hands-on Salesforce administration expertise (Salesforce Administrator certification preferred).
      • Strong data modeling skills and proven experience managing data quality across sales systems.
      • Experience with Outreach and sales engagement platforms, plus data enrichment tools such as D&B and ZoomInfo.
      • Proficiency with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse, including strong SQL skills.
      • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
      • Bonus If You Have:

        • Experience supporting a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based company with a channel-led, two-tier distribution, or hybrid GTM model.
          • Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or related certifications.
          • Experience with CPQ, marketing automation, or BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) and integration platforms.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
