About the role
Point is looking for a Manager of Enablement Strategy & Operations to drive how our teams ramp, perform, and continuously improve. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and capability development, owning the systems and approach that improve team effectiveness and productivity. You will lead our Training & Enablement function, overseeing onboarding and training programs while focusing on strategy, performance measurement, and operational improvements. This includes identifying capability gaps, defining an enablement strategy, and using data to drive better outcomes. This is a highly cross-functional role sitting within the business operations team and partners closely with Operations, Product, Leadership, and People teams.
Your responsibilities
Define enablement strategy
- Translate company strategy into capability and training priorities
- Identify skill and performance gaps across teams
- Build and maintain an enablement roadmap aligned with business goals
Improve workforce performance
- Define frameworks for onboarding effectiveness and ramp
- Identify barriers to team productivity and performance
- Implement systems that help teams develop the skills needed to succeed
Own enablement analytics
- Track and report on onboarding effectiveness, ramp time, and performance outcomes
- Build dashboards and reporting to measure enablement impact
- Use data to identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness
Drive operational improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in processes that impact team performance
- Design and implement improvements to workflows, knowledge sharing, and tools
- Partner with operations leaders to improve productivity and execution
Lead enablement programs
- Run cross-functional initiatives that improve team capability and effectiveness
- Ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and frameworks
- Drive change management across teams
Manage the Training and Enablement team
- Lead the team responsible for onboarding and training delivery
- Ensure programs support business outcomes and performance goals
- Set standards for role-based onboarding and ongoing skill development
About you
- 4+ years of experience in operations, enablement, strategy, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and operational initiatives.
- Track record of improving onboarding, ramp time, or workforce productivity.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Background in BizOps, strategy & operations, enablement, or consulting.
- Experience building onboarding or enablement programs in fast-growing companies.
- Comfortable working with operational metrics and performance analytics.
- Experience leading process improvement initiative.

Compensation at Point will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Point has identified the expected annual base salary for this role at this level based on the market by tiers (Region | Location | Market Salary):
- Tier 1 | San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Seattle | $174,800 - $193,200
- Tier 2 | Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Portland, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Los Angeles & Santa Barbara | $152,950 - $169,050
- Tier 3 | All other US metro areas | $138,700 - $153,300
This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews, coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors, to determine final compensation.
Location Requirement: This is a remote position. However, candidates must reside in one of Point’s states of operation: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
