About Haus
Haus is a first of its kind decision science platform for the new digital privacy paradigm where data sharing and PII is restricted. Haus uses frontier causal inference based econometric models to run experiments and help brands understand how the actions they take in marketing, pricing and promotions impact the bottom line. Our team is comprised of former product managers, economists and engineers from Google, Netflix, Amazon and Meta who saw how costly it is to support high-quality decision science tooling and incrementality testing. Our mission is to make this technology available to all businesses, where all the heavy lifting of experiment design, data cleaning, and analysis/insights are taken care of for you. Haus is working with well known brands like FanDuel, Sonos, and Dr. Squatch, helping them achieve more than 30x ROI by running experiments to make more profitable decisions. We are backed by top VCs like Insight Partners, 01 Advisors, Baseline Ventures, and Haystack.

What you'll do
As a Manager, Enterprise Measurement Strategy at Haus, you will play a dual role: directly engaging with a portfolio of enterprise customers to define and act on their measurement roadmap, and leading and developing a team of high-performing Enterprise Measurement Strategists. You will deeply understand the goals of your customers' businesses, propose testing strategies that align with their goals, and drive your customers to act on the insights they gain through Haus. You will serve as an evangelist for incrementality measurement and help your customers make critical business decisions based on Haus reporting.

As a member of a small and rapidly growing team, you will also be expected to contribute in ways that benefit the entire organization. Each member of our team brings a form of expertise that serves to elevate the capabilities of the entire team; we expect everyone to be a bar raiser in some way.

Roles & responsibilities will include:

  • Mentor and coach a team of Measurement Strategists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their success in managing customer relationships and driving value.
  • Oversee the overall health and success of your team's customer portfolio, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Develop and implement best practices and standardized workflows for the Measurement Strategy team, optimizing for efficiency and consistency.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team, ensuring that insights and learnings are leveraged across all customer engagements.
  • Co-design experimentation roadmaps with customers, considering their media plan and operating goals to plan the best use of their testing slots and driving them toward a continuous experimentation program
  • Shepherd customers through the entire experimentation process, from design, to implementation, interpretation, and action steps
  • Advise customers on best practices in order to maximize value and ROI from the platform; empower our customers to connect their business questions with Haus product offerings
  • Serve as a trusted partner to our customers on interpretation of test results and how to take action, simplifying complex concepts into easy-to-understand recommendations
  • Identify risks or escalations and manage those with a complete ownership mentality while bringing in necessary internal resources
  • Contribute to the team with the creation of collateral, resources, playbooks, and workflows that balance quality of service with designing for scale
  • Represent the Measurement Strategy team's needs and insights to cross-functional leadership, advocating for resources and product enhancements that will benefit our customers.

Qualifications

  • You have 2+ years proven experience leading and developing high-performing Account Management or Customer Success teams within a SaaS environment, including building scalable playbooks, processes, and customer engagement strategies that drive retention and growth
  • You have 6+ years of experience as a growth marketer or in a marketing science role, with deep empathy for growth marketers’ measurement needs, either because you have been in a growth marketing role or because you’ve been a close vendor/partner to growth marketers (agency, platform)
  • You have experience navigating complex Enterprise client stakeholder teams, environments, and business challenges
  • You have a fluent understanding of paid media buying
  • You might describe yourself as a ‘measurement nerd’. You light up when you talk about experimentation and you get tons of energy from data analysis and storytelling
  • You have experience in a customer relationship management role and have the ability to interact and collaborate with key stakeholders within customer organizations
  • You are a wizard of productivity. Coworkers are in awe of your ability to produce very high quality work at a rapid pace and while context-switching across tasks
  • You have a demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment where you need to juggle multiple projects at once
  • You are scrappy and resourceful; you unpromptedly fill any gaps necessary to keep your customers happy
  • You have strong written communication and experience presenting to customers and executives, particularly in an Enterprise environment

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and startup equity
  • Top of the line health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401k plan
  • Provide you with the tools and resources you need to be productive (new laptop, equipment, you name it)

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
