The Manager, Fintech Sales is a strategic people leader at ServiceTitan, responsible for building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing Fintech sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of the payments and financing landscape and the ability to translate that expertise into consistent execution, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth.
The Sales Manager partners closely with Fintech Account Executives to drive adoption of ServiceTitan’s payments platform and financing integrations while fostering a culture rooted in integrity, accountability, and customer-first selling.
What you’ll do:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fintech Account Executives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Own team performance across pipeline generation, forecasting, deal execution, and close rates
Provide ongoing coaching through deal reviews, call reviews, and live or recorded product demonstrations
Ensure disciplined execution of the full sales cycle from first contact through close
Build and maintain expert knowledge of ServiceTitan’s Fintech offerings, competition, and market trends
Drive consistent sales methodology, activity management, and CRM hygiene across the team
Partner with Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing to improve messaging, tools, and processes
Identify skill gaps and performance risks and proactively implement coaching plans
Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Fintech Account Executives as the team scales
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience managing and developing B2B SaaS sales teams
Strong understanding of payments, fintech, or financial services sales preferred
Track record of leading teams to consistent quota attainment
Ability to coach objection handling, value-based selling, and deal strategy
Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
Clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills
High integrity leadership style with a customer-first mindset
Comfort operating in both inbound and outbound sales motions
Highly driven, organized, and results-oriented with a team-player mentality

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $136,500 USD - $146,100 USD, and this position is commission-eligible. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
