WHO WE ARE

We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.

Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.

  • Apply learnings from past campaigns and tests to improve future initiatives

  • Partner with campaign teams to integrate innovation initiatives into the broader marketing calendar

  • Support end-to-end execution of pilot campaigns, including coordination of strategy, creative, and deployment

  • Support both planned innovation initiatives and agile, in-market opportunities that drive short-term results

  • Contribute to rapid-response efforts tied to cultural moments, competitive activity, or emerging trends

  • Stay informed on QSR and consumer trends, bringing forward ideas and inspiration to support the innovation pipeline

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Innovation, or a related field required

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, innovation, or related fields

  • Experience within QSR, restaurant, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries strongly preferred

  • Experience supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept through execution

  • Execution-focused marketer with exposure to innovation, brand strategy, or campaign development

  • Experience working in fast-paced, results-oriented environments with a test-and-learn mindset

  • Ability to translate insights into actionable plans with guidance from senior leaders

  • methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)

  • Preferred (not required): exposure to Design Thinking, Agile Marketing, or basic innovation frameworks

  • Experience supporting A/B testing or test-and-learn initiatives

  • Exposure to CRM and digital marketing platforms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for analysis and storytelling

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

  • Curious and proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
