Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MES Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, operations, and transformation of Manufacturing Execution Systems. The role is responsible for MES deployment, production support, team leadership, and driving digital manufacturing initiatives aligned with business goals and Industry 4.0 roadmap.
Key Responsibilities• Lead MES deployments (New fab, expansions, upgrades) including planning, resourcing, risk management, UAT, and production cutover while ensuring compliance with manufacturing and quality standards
Key Skills & Technical Expertise• Strong experience in MES technologies and manufacturing systems• Programming knowledge: C#, Python, SQL, Web technologies• Understanding of system integrations (Equipment, ERP/SAP, SPC, Data platforms)• Exposure to IoT, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience & Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer /Other) (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent)• 10-15 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems or related domain• Proven experience delivering at least one full MES implementation lifecycle• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry preferred
