About the Role: The Networking Infrastructure Finance Manager will be a key strategic partner to the supply chain and networking engineering leadership teams. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of networking hardware infrastructure, including FP&A, BOM, supply chain, engineering, and tech design support. This role will provide critical insights and support to drive governance of all networking hardware costs and infrastructure investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the networking supply chain and technical design organizations, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Tech Design:  Partner with networking engineering teams to optimize financial considerations regarding the design of upcoming hardware and network builds.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering leadership to develop and implement strategies that support business objectives and enhance financial performance.
  • Hardware Costing: Align with supply chain, product, and network engineering on all infrastructure rate cards and support all future infrastructure BOM costing.
  • Cost Optimization:  Partner with DC, Infrastructure, and supply chain leadership to optimize hardware cost across the portfolio.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product, capacity planning, and sales, to support overall business goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within the technology or AI sector.
  • Extensive experience with financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $127,000 to $168,000 and $145,000 to $194,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
