WHAT YOU’LL DOLead Paid Social Execution Across Key Accounts
  • Own paid social execution across high-touch client accounts, with a primary focus on Meta and exposure to TikTok and Pinterest
  • Translate broader strategy into clear executional direction, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a strong understanding of platform capabilities to support team and client needs
Be the Day-to-Day Client Lead
  • Act as a primary point of contact across Slack, email, and calls for high-touch clients
  • Navigate fast-paced, multi-channel communication and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Build trust with clients by confidently translating requests into actionable next steps
Oversee and Develop a Team
  • Manage and support a team of 2 Associates who are focused on execution
  • Provide QA, feedback, and guidance to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive team environment while helping Associates grow and develop
Drive Organization and Operational Excellence
  • Bring structure to complex workflows across multiple communication channels and workstreams
  • Ensure alignment between client requests, internal tracking tools (e.g. ClickUp), and execution
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies and proactively course-correct before they impact delivery
Support Performance and Optimization
  • Partner with strategy, analytics, and creative teams to support performance goals
  • Contribute to optimization decisions and testing approaches based on campaign performance
  • Ensure campaigns are pacing correctly and aligned to client expectations
     
WHAT YOU BRING
  • ~4–6+ years of paid social experience, with strong expertise in Meta
  • Experience managing multiple high-touch clients or competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate in a client-facing role, with confidence navigating ambiguity and translating requests into execution
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members, with a focus on development and team support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of additional platforms such as TikTok or Pinterest, with the ability to quickly ramp where needed
  • Comfort reviewing and QA’ing campaign work, with the ability to step into platforms if needed
  • Clear, collaborative communication style and a team-first mindset
  • Location requirement: This is a hybrid role based in Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC), with ~2 days/week in-office.

  • Agency experience or experience supporting multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Experience working with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana)
  • Experience in DTC or eCommerce environments

Salary Range: $82,000-95,000

The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
