About the Role:

Work cross-functionally to develop and implement credit origination metrics using both internal and external data, policies, and procedures consistent with industry regulations and best practices as outlined in the Program Standards. Manage a team of Account Executives for transaction origination, monitoring of existing customers and associated risk rating, develop and report on portfolio exposure and performance, and participate in developing and implementing workout strategies as necessary.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the day-to-day activity of the Alternative Energy Government Loan Portfolio team. Perform all managerial duties related to team personnel, including hiring, performance reviews, discipline, coaching, and development.
  • Responsibility of managing credit origination scorecard and approval authorization levels.
  • Develop and document department policies and procedures. Ensure that periodic reviews are being performed within established guidelines. Ensure risk ratings are being applied according to guidelines and updated in the leasing system.
  • Work with Collections, Asset Management Group, and Legal to develop and implement strategy for troubled and/or severely past due accounts to resolve delinquency, forbearance agreements, and payoffs.
  • Complete Adverse Assets Reports as required.
  • Work with Data Analytics team to develop portfolio reports to monitor exposures, origination sources and trends.
  • Utilize portfolio and industry data to manage and update metrics used within credit origination
  • Review and understand customer documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate responses to internal and external auditor requests for the department.
  • Work hand in hand with third party service providers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
  • USDA experience is preferred

Salary range: $103,511.83 – $191,170.01

 
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
