The Opportunity:
Ensemble Health Partners is looking for an experienced Manager, Product Implementation with a healthcare software implementation/data integration background who possesses in-depth knowledge of different methods of healthcare data exchange (HL7, data extracts, API). This individual must have prior, hands-on responsibility for data integration at a healthcare system, and can quickly analyze data/navigate a database using SQL query language. In addition to strong data analysis and critical thinking skills, this candidate should possess a track record of successful project delivery, resolving technical and operational barriers along the way. An ideal candidate for this position enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment, is enthusiastic about managing and motivating a team, can approach problem-solving challenges independently, has a strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset, and a passion for improving the revenue cycle in healthcare. .
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experienced in data integration, data analytics, and software workflow design (e.g., using SQL server or equivalent to query large data sets, creating technical process flows, learning database tables, creating json/txt files.)
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues quickly
- Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management data (RCM) and data exchange methods for healthcare data
- Advanced understanding of data analytics, cloud-based software, data integration techniques, QA processes
- Experience managing internal and/or external resources to execute on deliverables
- Keen attention to detail, self-motivated, and quick learner
- Strong social awareness and an outgoing, positive attitude
- Skilled at listening and at sending clear, organized messages (both verbal and written)
- Coachable, hungry for feedback, and dedicated to continuous self-improvement
- Cross-team collaboration and communication skills
- Experience using data validation tools on large data sets
- Experience creating visual reports from large data sets to drive business decisions
- Dedication to remaining current with changes and advances in the healthcare industry
- Experience implementing process improvement initiatives and creating new methodologies for an organization
Role Responsibilities:
Manage the IT and operational deliverables during the implementation of Ensemble’s solutions, serving as a key contact for stakeholders to ensure the team overcomes any potential concerns/barriers
Oversee product configuration and operational change management while rolling out Ensemble’s suite of solutions
Provide go-live support
Ensure client alignment to Ensemble’s data specifications for HL7, data extract, and API data exchange methods
Escalate IT and operational risks to direct leader when appropriate
Motivate and support Technical Implementation team members in their professional career growth at the company
Directly manage a team of 3+ Analysts
Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Ensemble’s solutions, data exchange methods, processes & procedures, and healthcare domain
Contribute to the improvement of Ensemble’s data integration methodology and organizational objectives
Organize and build upon existing data integration and data validation tools
Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Ensemble’s software, data feeds, and database tables to effectively communicate data requirements
Maintain a strong understanding of client EHR workflows and systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
Teamwork/Collaboration - Helps onboard and train new hires. Takes initiative on improving internal process. Assists with identifying and resolving internal issues and ideas for process improvement. Builds rapport with all members of the team.
Accountability - Accepts personal responsibility and/or consequences of failure and successes, delivering on commitments and refocusing effort when needed. Someone who is willing to step up and own it.

- This position pays between $100,600 - $192,900 based on experience
