Manager, Partner MarketingAbout Multiplier

Multiplier is on a mission to democratize global employment. We are the leading global employment platform that makes it easy for companies to employ teams internationally without the hassle of setting up legal entities. We take care of payroll, taxes, benefits, and compliance, allowing businesses to focus on what they do best.

We are a fast-growing, distributed team of high-performers. If you thrive in a remote-first environment, love the intersection of marketing and sales, and know how to turn partnerships into revenue engines, we want to build the future of work with you.

The Role

We are looking for a Manager, Partner Marketing to serve as the bridge between our Strategic Partnership team and our global marketing engine. While our Partnership Directors focus on signing new alliances, you will be responsible for making those alliances famous and profitable.

You will own the "Go-to-Market" strategy for our partners, designing co-marketing campaigns, running high-impact events, and creating the enablement tools that help partners—and our own sellers—convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Co-Marketing & Strategy
  • Strategic Support: Act as the dedicated marketing lead for the Strategic Partnership team, aligning marketing initiatives with overall partnership revenue goals.

  • Joint GTM Plans: Develop and execute integrated co-marketing plans with key partners (VC firms, PE firms, HR Tech platforms, and Neo-banks) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Campaign Management: Lead the execution of webinars, whitepapers, and digital campaigns that highlight the combined value proposition of Multiplier and our partners.

2. Event Execution & Pipeline Generation
  • Partner Events: Plan and host exclusive physical and virtual events, from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale partner summits.

  • Pipeline Growth: Take accountability for the "Partner-Sourced Pipeline" metric, ensuring that every marketing activity has a clear path to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion.

  • Budget Ownership: Manage the partner marketing budget, ensuring high ROI on co-sponsored events and sponsorships.

3. Seller Activation & Enablement
  • Internal Advocacy: Run "Seller Activation" programs to educate Multiplier’s internal sales team on how to leverage our partners to close deals faster.

  • Collateral Creation: Collaborate with the Design and Content teams to build co-branded "Sales Plays," pitch decks, and one-pagers that empower partners to sell Multiplier effectively.

  • Success Stories: Identify and produce joint case studies and testimonials that showcase successful customer outcomes through our partner ecosystem.

4. Optimization & Reporting
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of all co-marketing activities, providing monthly reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and partner engagement.

  • Feedback Loops: Regularly sync with the Sales and Product teams to ensure our partner messaging stays ahead of market trends and competitor moves.

Who You Are
  • The "Connector": You enjoy building relationships and can speak the language of both a creative marketer and a quota-carrying salesperson.

  • Event Pro: You aren't afraid of the logistics required to run a world-class event, whether it’s a 10-person dinner or a 500-person webinar.

  • Revenue-Driven: You don’t just care about "brand awareness"; you care about how many deals are in the pipe.

  • Self-Starter: You thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment and are comfortable building processes from scratch.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, or Demand Generation within the B2B SaaS space.

  • Proven track record of running successful co-marketing campaigns that resulted in measurable pipeline growth.

  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms to track lead attribution.

  • Excellent project management skills—you can juggle multiple partner launches simultaneously without breaking a sweat.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Note: This role is fully remote. At Multiplier, we don't just talk about the future of work—we live it. Apply today to help us make global employment accessible to everyone, everywhere.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
