This team plays a crucial role in evolving our B2B capabilities and overseeing technical implementations for a diverse range of customers and partners.

Your leadership will be pivotal in directing the Solutions Engineering Team to focus on scalability, business process automation, and advisory roles to ensure successful customer and alliance implementations. By positioning the team as a strategic partner rather than reactive support, you'll engage with cross-functional teams to drive forward scalability and operational efficiency goals.

Your Impact: 

  • Lead and develop the Solutions Engineering Team to excel in advisory roles, ensuring success in customer and alliance implementations by providing in-depth system and process expertise.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to leverage automation, AI, LLMs, automation and self-service tools to scale customer implementation procedures and empower internal operational teams to be more self-reliant and informed.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to evaluate the best approach to solve a given problem, whether that is product customization, off-the-shelf tooling, or a mix of both. 
  • Build strong relationships with Omada’s client-facing teams, aligning strategic objectives to support resource planning and optimizing the team’s capacity for advisory and implementation focus.
  • Act as an external facing technical consultant for key implementations and projects;  Lead technical implementation discussions with Omada and the customer’s technical teams. 
  • Build strong relationships with internal product and engineering teams to proactively influence product roadmaps and operational strategies, utilizing insights gained from advisory roles.

What You Need for This Role: 

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects and technical solutions, with an emphasis on providing strategic insights for scalability and business process automation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven record of offering strategic guidance and successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong advisory capabilities with a demonstrated ability to identify scalability challenges and collaboratively drive business process improvements across product, engineering, and client engagement teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively apply AI (Artificial Intelligence), LLMs (Large Language Models), or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to enhance business processes, drive efficiency, and establish automation.
  • Experience driving effective organizational change management by empowering operational teams through training and tooling.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing comprehensive technical solutions, optimizing team capacity to focus on high-impact strategic roles and initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to clarify roles, streamline internal processes, minimize escalations, and create strong internal and external partnerships.
  • Proficient knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools and environments

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $167,900 - $209,875*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $160,600 - $200,750*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants. 

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
