Pay Rate

$80,169-$121,543/year

Compensation is determined by several factors, including location, relevant experience, skill level, and internal equity.  Please note, we don’t typically hire above midpoint.

Job Description

The Manager, Station Administration leads the station's administrative operations by providing strategic support to station leadership and ensuring the effective execution of administrative processes that support the team member lifecycle and station operations. This role oversees programs including badging, parking, attendance, and team member engagement initiatives while driving operational consistency, compliance, and a positive team member experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee attendance administration, including monitoring attendance trends, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring the consistent application of attendance policies.
  • Lead local engagement and retention efforts focused on rewards, recognition and overall support of station team members.
  • Oversee security badging and customs seal administration, serving as the primary liaison with airport badging and customs authorities.
  • Lead administrative support for irregular operations, including coordinating logistics, lodging, transportation, and other resources during operational disruptions.
  • Review and approve payment for station invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulations of federal, state, and local airport authorities.
  • Foster and maintain a culture where the safety of team members, customers, and business partners is the highest priority.
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and by providing regular and meaningful feedback.
  • Foster open and honest communication that creates an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture that demonstrates McGee's values of Safety, Integrity, Mutual Respect, Accountability and Pride.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support McGee’s successful business operation.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3 or more years of experience in administrative support, human resources, or a related area.
  • 1 or more years of management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to interact with business leaders, provide insights and recommendations, and collaborate to solve challenges.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and work independently with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence others, work cross-functionally, and contribute positively to a team-oriented, safety-first culture.
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and Holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

  • Aviation, Transportation, or related industry experience.

Airport Badge Requirements
