Ready to be a Titan?

Are you ready to make a significant impact at a rapidly growing company? We're looking for a Manager to join our Strategic Finance and Investor Relations teams. This is a critical role where you'll have the opportunity to delve deeply into ServiceTitan's financial strategy and how we communicate our story to the investment community. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the very heart of ServiceTitan’s financial strategy and storytelling. As we navigate our journey as a newly public company, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the narrative we present to our board, investors, and the broader market. This means crafting compelling materials, framing critical strategic discussions, and digging into some of the most important questions facing our business.

This role is ideal for an independent thinker who thrives in ambiguity and is eager to help shape the next steps.  If the prospect of working on some of the most exciting and strategic initiatives in Finance energizes you, this opportunity is calling your name.

What You’ll Do:

  • Board Preparation: Coordinate and support the preparation of materials for quarterly board meetings, ensuring accuracy and compelling presentation.

  • Board Follow-up: Follow up on key questions and topics that emerge from quarterly board meetings, driving action and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Strategic Questions: Dig into key strategic questions that will help shape the future direction of the company, such as crafting the AI roadmap for Finance at ServiceTitan and providing data-driven insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including Finance, Legal, and Marketing, to gather necessary data and insights for both internal and external communications.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.  Formal training in Financial and/or Accounting concepts is preferred.

  • 2-4 years of experience  in equity research, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge fund, and/or tech company in a finance/strategy/business development role.

  • Displays a high level of genuine curiosity about our business, asks lots of questions and displays eagerness to learn. A strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong presentation creation skills and the ability to articulate crisp points clearly and concisely.

  • Excellent clarity of thought and the ability to synthesize large, complex topics into understandable narratives.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Be Human With Us:

Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. It’s about the experiences we have, people we meet, and the perspectives we share. So, if you have the skills but are hesitant to apply because of your background, apply anyway. We need amazing people like you to help us challenge the conventional and think differently about the problems that we’re solving. We’re in this together. Come be human, with us.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
