Salesforce Inc. seeks Manager, Technical Consulting in Bellevue, WA:

Job Duties: Analyze, refine, and clarify client requests in order to appropriately design solutions and estimate the level of effort to complete. Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with Business and IT Decision Makers within each customer to solution adoption, while creating strong support for new opportunities and securing their willingness to advocate on Salesforce’s behalf. Lead other engineers in the development of code and configuration-based solutions for client requests. Define code standards and processes to ensure best practice quality and release processes. Write code and configure Salesforce for client requests. Code, test, debug, and document system integrations, email, and web pages using appropriate processes, standard components, tools, framework, libraries, patterns, best practices, and standards. Develop robust solution documentation and facilitate the process of transitioning the program for ongoing maintenance. Collaborate with other members of the team to provide best practice recommendations. Optimize Salesforce application for maximum speed and performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing solutions and resolve these issues in a timely and efficient manner. Review code for quality and participate in code review sessions. Train other developers on best practices and solutions for Salesforce development and configuration. Gather, contextualize, and share performance-based feedback for a team. Mentor, guide and coach team members on professionalism and technical excellence. Ensure and enforce administrative compliance for both internal and customer facing tasks. *Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 701 N. 34th St., Seattle, WA 98103, and 929 108th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98004. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in the Seattle area. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field))

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Data Migration; (2) PMD; (3) SOSL and SOQL; (4) CRM; (5) Force.com; (6) Lightning Web Components; (7) Field Service Lightning; (8) Apex; (9) Visualforce; (10) Rest APIs. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Salary: $162,531.00 - $236,500.00 per annum.
