The Role:

The Manager, Web Experience & Optimization, is the single owner of the apexanalytix website in Webflow. Replacing a fragmented ownership model, this role establishes clear governance, permissions, and a request process, and takes full responsibility for day-to-day site administration—page builds, CMS collections, site structure, publishing workflows, and ongoing maintenance.

Beyond keeping the site running, this person drives its performance. Partnering closely with Demand Generation, they turn campaign and channel priorities into fast, well-built web experiences and run structured A/B testing, personalization, and AI-driven optimization programs to improve conversion across key pages and funnels. The role also owns audience segmentation across UTM, geographic, behavioral, CRM, and ABM data; manages the website's integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Claude; and owns reporting on site performance, testing results, and optimization impact. As an emerging area of focus, this person monitors LLM visibility and AI search to understand how the apexanalytix brand is represented in AI-generated answers and serves as the internal expert on Webflow's evolving capabilities.

The Work

  • Serve as the single owner of the apexanalytix website in Webflow, replacing a fragmented model, and establish clear governance, permissions, and a request process so changes are consistent, tracked, and on-brand
  • Own day-to-day site administration in Webflow: page builds, CMS collections, site structure, publishing workflows, and ongoing maintenance
  • Partner closely with Demand Generation to turn campaign and channel priorities into fast, well-built web experiences for lead generation
  • Run structured A/B testing programs to improve conversion across key pages and funnels
  • Build and manage personalization strategies that tailor site experience by audience, account, or campaign source
  • Configure and manage AI-driven optimization tools to continuously improve page performance
  • Build and maintain audience segments using UTM parameters, geographic data, behavioral signals, CRM data, and ABM data
  • Manage and maintain integrations between the website and Salesforce, HubSpot and Claude
  • Oversee enhanced match data and outbound data integrations that connect web activity to the broader marketing and sales stack
  • Own reporting on site performance, testing results, and optimization impact, and translate it into recommendations the broader marketing team can act on
  • Use Webflow's MCP integration with Claude to manage site content, collections, and structure through AI-assisted workflows, extending beyond the visual editor
  • Set up and manage customer-defined prompt tracking and LLM visibility monitoring to understand how the apexanalytix brand is represented in AI-generated answers
  • Track citations across LLM responses, distinguishing owned versus non-owned sources, and monitor AI agent and bot traffic across the site
  • Use AI content recommendations, informed by prompt and competitor insights, to guide ongoing content and page strategy
  • Act as the internal expert on Webflow's capabilities, keeping the team informed as new features and tools become available

The Must Haves

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Webflow as a platform: CMS, site structure, publishing, and its native optimization and personalization tooling
  • Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization principles, including A/B testing methodology and audience-based personalization
  • Comfort managing integrations between a website and CRM/marketing systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Understanding of demand generation fundamentals and how web experience supports pipeline
  • Ability to bring structure and governance to a system with many stakeholders, and to hold the line on process without slowing the team down
  • Strong communication skills, since this person will coordinate with demand gen, brand, and other functions that all touch the website
  • Curiosity about AI-driven search and LLM visibility, and comfort working with newer AEO/GEO-style tooling
  • Independent, ownership-minded, and comfortable being the final word on how the site works

Key Technologies

  • Webflow
  • Hubspot
  • Salesforce
  • Google Analytics
  • Others: SEMrush, Wistia, Claude, Google Data Studio

Experience

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
