Leads enterprise direct-sourcing strategies for electronics and drivetrain categories across business units. Partners with leaders to optimize quality, service, cost, budgets, supplier relationships, supply-chain continuity, and risk mitigation. Oversees sourcing roadmaps, supplier innovation, contracts, make-versus-buy analysis, should-cost modeling, and procurement initiatives. Manages and develops a high-performing sourcing team while supporting strategic planning, pricing, and margin improvement.

The Specialty Business Manager drives dermatology product demand through clinical selling, HCP education, account management, patient access support, and local marketing execution. Responsibilities include building relationships with dermatologists and healthcare stakeholders, delivering clinical and business presentations, coordinating medical education programs, managing territory resources, achieving sales goals, and complying with Takeda policies. The role requires travel to customer accounts and occasional business meetings, including possible overnight travel of up to 25–50%.

Manage and grow a portfolio of 70–90 small-business clients by providing customized banking, deposit, cash management, lending, and financial advice solutions. Acquire new clients, build long-term relationships, conduct in-person client and prospect meetings, identify cross-business opportunities, manage credit and portfolio risk, follow regulatory requirements, and collaborate with internal specialists to address clients’ broader financial needs.
