About the Opportunity

We're building a talent pipeline for upcoming manufacturing engineering opportunities across multiple levels. Connect with us now so you're on our radar when the right role opens.

  • Junior Manufacturing Engineer (0–3 years)
  • Manufacturing Engineer (3–6 years)
  • Senior Manufacturing Engineer (6–10 years)
  • Staff/Principal Manufacturing Engineer (10+ years)
What You Might Work On
  • Process design, optimization, and line balancing
  • Tooling, fixture, and equipment specification
  • Production ramp-up support and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma)
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action for production issues
  • Cross-functional collaboration with design, quality, and supply chain teams
What We Look For
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's a plus for senior-level roles)
  • Experience with manufacturing processes, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Familiarity with production line design and process validation
  • Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading manufacturing programs

Salary Range: $60,000-$150,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
