- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights, feedback on assessment results, and recommendations for enhancing operational performance
- Collaborate with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics that align with business objectives and drive success
- Work under consultative direction, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Facilitate the development and documentation of enablers for unit hour and flow reduction, ensuring that functional teams are aligned and committed to achieving targets
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancement and potential areas of risk within operational processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience with data analysis
- 5+ years of experience in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- 5+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Familiarity with One BPS (Boeing Production System)
- Lean Six sigma certification
