What You'll Do
- Understand account dynamics and have the ability to mobilize resources to most effectively meet client requirements.
- Liaise between the agency and client to establish goals and budget, and ensure the receipt of quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Fiscal responsibility for client budget and expense reporting.
- Work with team members to develop strategic marketing goals based on market access strategy planning as well as analyze critical marketplace data.
- Continually build knowledge of Payer, Trade and Patient Support programs and share learnings with internal and client brand teams.
- Monitor and proactively identify upcoming challenges that may impact the client.
- Collaborate closely with the cross-functional agency team, taking a leadership role to inspire and guide the team in generating innovative ideas.
What We Are Looking For
- Pharmaceutical agency experience
- Market access experience including market access strategy planning
- Launch experience
- Experience managing client relationships
- Outstanding communication skills: oral, written, and interpersonal
- Extensive experience in Veeva (or other client MLR) and Ziflow (or other digital routing) platforms
- Bonus Points: Market Access experience of course!
