At MyVA Support, we’re seeking a Marketing Ads Specialist to join our team and lead the execution of high-impact advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Role Overview
The Marketing Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads. This role requires a strong mix of analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure campaigns achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.
- Optimize ad creatives, copy, and placements to boost engagement, conversions, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions), providing actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve outcomes.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and digital advertising best practices.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive optimizations.
- Proficiency in digital advertising tools and reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, keyword targeting, and budget allocation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creativity and adaptability to changing trends.
- Advanced English level (C1 or higher) preferred.
