Summary of Position:
The Marketing & Alliances Coordinator is responsible for supporting marketing execution on plans and supporting implementation of integrated marketing and communications programs. This position will serve as a direct point of contact with the company sales and services organizations to support meeting presentation content, and collaborate to capture needs for future content and sales enablement. The Marketing and Alliances Coordinator will also serve as an internal evangelist with supporting our Human Resources teams in accessing branded templates and developing internal communications that meet all brand standards. They will also serve as a direct point of contact for the company’s alliance partner marketing managers, Marketing Specialist and Marketing Manager to facilitate administrative aspects of partner relationships and help design, execute and track MDF marketing campaigns, including ensuring the MDF is budgeted and collected. This position will also support, budget and organize internal and customer-facing events, such as SKO, trade-shows, and customer-specific events.
Essential Functions:
Support the Marketing team with various marketing responsibilities, such as, but not limited to:
• Event Management and Support
• Support in the creation of marketing content, assets and integrated campaigns
• Support Denali’s social media
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• MDF budgeting, utilization and tracking
Support the Alliances team with but responsibilities such as, not limited to:
• Partner portal administration
• Lead management and tracking
• Event Management and Support
• Partner operations support
• Major assignments - Carry out major assignments in managing and conducting the company's marketing operations.
• Issue resolution - Investigate and resolve matters of significance related to marketing campaign performance and constituent feedback on behalf of management.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role regularly utilizes workplace technology, including computers, smartphones, multifunction printers, cloud-based filing systems, and collaboration tools. The company also provides design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or access to image libraries such as Shutterstock to help a person succeed in delivering outstanding content.
Physical Demands:
This role requires physical capabilities that support the successful execution of key responsibilities. The employee regularly engages in verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients to address project-related inquiries and must be able to convey accurate information clearly and efficiently. The position involves remaining seated at a workstation for approximately 75% of the time, with occasional movement throughout the office to access equipment, supplies, and shared resources. Daily tasks include consistent use of computers and standard office technology such as keyboards, printers, and multifunction devices. The role also involves transporting equipment boxes weighing up to 25 pounds within the building and to other offsite locations as needed for project support.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience
Qualifications:
• Experience with digital and social media platforms
• Experience with marketing tools, including Adobe suite, Microsoft suite, and various AI tools
• Ability to build strong, highly collaborative relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to effectively communicate
• Project management experience, including experience working with cross-functional teams
• Events, Advertising and/or Public relations experience
• Experience and understanding of digital marketing is required
• Ability and interest in working cross-functionally
