Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Marketing and Sales Representative - Interiors/Cabin (Senior, or Lead) to join the Commercial Modifications Sales Team with an extensive knowledge of Boeing airplanes (including cabin/interior expertise) and Boeing commercial customers. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for a commercial Sales & Marketing professional who can translate technical excellence into clear airline value - launching retrofit and line-fit interior solutions that drive revenue, reduce operating cost, and improve sustainability. You'll partner with Strategy, Engineering and Certification to develop GTM (go-to-market) plans, enable global account teams, and win transformational aftermarket business in Seattle, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead market analysis to identify high-impact segments and retrofit opportunities, driving targeted sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and commercialization strategies to maximize revenue and aftermarket growth.
  • Create compelling product collateral and tailored sales pitches that translate technical specs into clear customer value.
  • Build ROI/business case analyses, pricing guidance, and RFQ/tender support to win retrofit and line-fit contracts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging consultative selling to help customers achieve objectives.
  • Sales and Marketing subject matter expert on cabin / interior products.
  • Lead negotiations and secure commitments by engaging directly with customer decision-makers and influencers.
  • Build and nurture trusted customer relationships, positioning Boeing as a strategic business partner.
  • Drive sales campaigns by aligning customer needs with Boeing's portfolio and operational capabilities.
  • Advocate customer requirements internally, balancing business goals to ensure quality deals and meet Long Range Business Plan (LRBP).
  • Represent Boeing at industry events to generate leads, gather market intelligence, and accelerate adoption.
  • Challenge scope and cost proposals to ensure competitive, compliant, and profitable solutions.
  • Mentor junior staff on capturing customer knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience with customer engagement in sales or in support of sales to major carriers, leasing and/or service providers
  • Extensive technical knowledge of BGS Modifications Services Portfolio, customer operations, and deal structuring
  • 10+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
  • 5+ years of experience in interiors / cabin products
  • This position has a travel requirement of 50%
  • Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships (both External & Internal).
  • Strong Business and Financial acumen, written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technical knowledge of BGS products and services
  • Understanding of internal Boeing processes
  • Master's degree in Technical or Business field

Typical Education/ Experience:
Senior (Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)
Lead (Level 5)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for senior level: 129,200 - 1741,800
Summary pay range for lead level: 164,050 - 221,950
