About Radiance

Radiance is a digital design agency powered by The Source®—a Creative OS that evolves with every move you make. As it learns your brand, it grows your brand. One system. The Source of all your creative needs. We serve clients across industries with cutting-edge design, branding, and content solutions—and we’re building something entirely new in the creative space. Our tone is bright, insightful, and future-forward. We believe in work that’s emotionally intelligent, visually stunning, and always ahead of the curve.

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, organized, and has experience working in digital marketing, branding and social media strategy, and creative ideation. You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing and play a key role in helping to shape both our internal brand and our client campaigns.

This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience across all areas of marketing—from content calendars to campaign copy, and from brainstorms to execution.

What You’ll Do
  • Support Social Campaigns: Assist in developing and managing social media campaigns for both Radiance and our clients—helping write copy, suggest visuals, and track post performance.

  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), making sure campaigns are on track and timely.

  • Copywriting: Draft captions, taglines, ad copy, and social post text that reflect brand voice—both for Radiance and a wide range of client brands. Strong writing skills are preferred.

  • Campaign Concepting: Participate in brainstorms and help draft campaign proposals, including visual inspiration, tone suggestions, and social-first ideas for the creative team to bring to life.

  • Posting and Publishing: Support the implementation of campaigns by formatting and posting content natively or via scheduling tools.

  • Trendspotting & Research: Keep an eye on social trends and platform updates. Bring ideas to the team that are fresh, relevant, and platform-native.

  • Collaborate Cross-Team: Work closely with the design team to align on campaign goals, formats, and creative direction.

Who You Are
  • A junior marketer or aspiring creative strategist looking to build a career in marketing and social media.

  • A strong writer who understands tone, clarity, and audience engagement.

  • Passionate about social media and fluent in the nuances of each platform.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage timelines, details, and multiple projects at once. We are seeking proactive self-starters with time management skills.

  • Proactive, curious, and excited to contribute creatively—whether that’s bringing a trend to the table or helping polish a client-facing campaign deck.

  • Bonus if you’ve worked in Notion, Figma, Canva, or scheduling platforms like Later, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

What You’ll Get
  • Direct mentorship from the VP of Marketing and Associate Director with experience across branding, campaigns, and content.

  • The chance to help shape the brand voice of a next-gen creative tech company and build our proprietary creative OS.

  • Portfolio-worthy experience contributing to real campaigns for both startups and established brands.

  • A supportive team that values your ideas and your growth.

  • Flexible work environment, remote position.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
