Description

About the Role & Hiring Manager

I joined Zenity to scale a demand generation function that directly shapes how Fortune 1000 enterprises discover and adopt AI security — at a time when the world's largest companies are on a path to running billions of AI agents.

I lead with high standards, ownership, and collaboration — every campaign should tie to pipeline, run like a business, and reflect what's happening across the org. My job is to give you the context and clarity to build a repeatable, AI-first campaign engine that moves as fast as our category does.

Campaign operations is the backbone of how we scale. This role sits at the center of it — turning strategy into pipeline and directly shaping how customers understand and adopt AI agent security at enterprise scale.

**Candidates must be located in or willing to work CT or ET hours**

About Zenity

Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security and the first company to bring an agent-centric security platform to market. As enterprises accelerate AI agent adoption, we are establishing the security framework for how AI agents are secured and governed at enterprise scale.

We deliver full-lifecycle visibility, governance, detection, prevention, and response for AI agents from build time to runtime, across SaaS, home-grown platforms, and end-user devices. Backed by $55M+ in funding, including a $38M Series B with strategic investment from Microsoft’s M12, Zenity is trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises globally.

Join us in shaping how AI agents are secured at enterprise scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution: intake, planning, build, QA, launch, and post-launch reporting
  • Write and edit campaign copy across channels — including emails, landing pages, and ad creative — adapting from existing content assets and messaging frameworks set by the Content and Product Marketing teams
  • Schedule and lead campaign kickoff calls with clear agenda, roles, risks, and outcomes
  • Build and manage Asana project trackers with tasks, timelines, dependencies, and owners
  • Create campaign templates, naming conventions, workflows, and documentation
  • Manage a single source of truth for campaign status, deliverables, approvals, and risks
  • Work with Marketing Operations and RevOps to build dashboards tied to attribution, pipeline, and velocity
  • Build AI agents to automate reminders, handoffs, briefs, approvals, QA checks, and post-launch updates
  • Lead weekly campaign reviews, sharing status, blockers, and mitigation actions
  • Coordinate timelines, QA, and deliverables with creative agencies and paid media partners
  • Run post-campaign retrospectives, document learnings, and improve workflows and templates
  • Support segmentation and audience targeting with PMM and operations teams
  • Enable teams on new templates, workflows, and AI agents
  • Review campaign performance and share insights with team to guide decisions, prioritization, and experimentation
Requirements
  • Experience leading multi-channel campaign operations with clear structure and ownership
  • Strong project management skills with experience using Asana, JIRA, or similar systems
  • Proven experience managing campaign kickoff, stakeholder coordination, and timeline execution
  • Experience building AI workflows or automation to streamline campaign operations
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot campaign tools, tracking, segmentation, and reporting
  • Ability to manage intake, capacity planning, prioritization, risks, and dependencies
  • Strong collaboration across growth, events, SDR, RevOps, PMM, and agencies through clarity in communication and comfort driving cross-functional alignment
  • Skill in process governance, documentation, data quality, and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to build — not just maintain — systems, processes, or relationships
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes; treats their area like a business and comes with solutions
  • Comfort operating in evolving, fast-moving environments
  • Experience in high-growth or venture-backed environments
  • Exposure to AI, security, or emerging technologies

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
