Marketing Client Services Manager (Remote)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Client Services Manager with a strong marketing and lead generation background to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in paid search, paid social, SEO, content strategy, and website design/development, who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about helping clients grow.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, leading marketing strategy, coordinating execution, and ensuring every project delivers real business impact. While HubSpot experience is a plus, what matters most is your ability to drive results across digital channels and lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies for B2B clients.
  • Guide clients on best practices in demand generation, including PPC, paid social, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate on growth strategies that drive leads, conversions, and measurable results.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
  • Act as an advocate for your clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and ongoing performance improvements.
  • Conduct regular Zoom meetings and strategic check-ins to keep campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Campaign & Project Management

  • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, performance tracking, and clear communication.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and expectations using tools like Teamwork or Asana.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, content, paid media) to keep everything on track.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Managers, and CRM reports.
  • Provide actionable insights to continuously improve ROI across all channels.
  • Create and present detailed performance reports, identifying areas for growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with designers, developers, content creators, and paid media specialists to execute full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Support and manage external vendors and partners when needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Project Management: Mastery of project management tools (we use Wrike), with a track record of keeping projects on time and under budget. Bonus points if you have any project management credentials such as a PMP.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to manage 5–7 client accounts, serving as the strategic lead and point of contact.
  • B2B Marketing Acumen: 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing clients across paid search, paid social, SEO, content marketing, and website projects—ideally in an agency setting.
  • Content & Web Knowledge: Comfortable guiding clients through content strategy and website projects (HubSpot, WordPress, or similar).
  • Analytical & Strategic: Data-driven thinker who uses insights to improve campaign performance and client results.
  • HubSpot Experience: Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and reporting tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, communicative, and able to motivate cross-functional teams and clients alike.
  • Positive Attitude: Professional, proactive, and enthusiastic—someone who clients and teammates love working with.

Why Join ATAK Interactive:

  • Career Growth: An opportunity to take actual ownership of your career with the freedom to bring new ideas and strategies.
  • Innovative Environment: Work in a culture built on “being the solution”, where creative problem-solving is encouraged.
  • Supportive Team: Join a strong, collaborative team that believes in one another and works together to achieve success.

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $90,000 per year. ATAK also offers a full benefits package, including unlimited PTO, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, and a 401k with 5% match.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
