Bridge33 Capital is a rapidly growing, national, vertically integrated real estate private equity firm specializing in open-air retail real estate.  We own and operate more than $2.7 billion of assets across 26 states. Poised to launch its next fund—a pivotal milestone—the Company remains dedicated to driving value at every stage of the investment lifecycle.

Bridge33 is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager, who will report to the Executive Vice President. This position carries out the day-to-day work of the company’s brand and communications program. Where senior leadership sets brand strategy and messaging direction, this role is responsible for applying it consistently: producing and maintaining marketing materials, keeping the corporate and property websites current, drafting communications, running social media, and executing corporate and property events.

This is a hands-on execution role. The measure of success is consistency and follow-through — every communication, press release, and event should reflect the same brand standards and be delivered on time. The Manager works closely with leasing, property management, development, and executive leadership, and escalates strategic, sensitive, or reputational questions rather than deciding them independently.

This is an in-person role based in our Seattle, Chicago, or Denver office.  Come make your mark as an integral part of Bridge33 Capital!

MISSION

We build relationships and create value where others don’t.

KEY PRINCIPLES

We’re Better Together | We’re Here to Serve | We crush our egos, and we have empathy for teammates | We stay positive | We embrace accountability, and we champion results.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Standards and Materials

  • Apply the company’s established brand standards — logo, typography, color, photography, and voice — across all materials produced by or for the company.
  • Maintain the template library, brand asset files, and digital asset library so other teams can produce on-brand materials without starting from scratch.
  • Produce corporate and marketing collateral, including flyers, one-pagers, presentations, signage, and merchandise, working from approved standards and templates.
  • Review materials created by other departments or outside vendors for brand consistency and flag exceptions to leadership.
  • Coordinate photography, video, and drone shoots, and maintain the resulting asset library.

Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing requests from leasing, property management, development, and HR, and keep requesting teams updated on status and timing.
  • Route requests that cross functional lines or require a decision on priority or budget to leadership rather than resolving them independently.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables and follow up so commitments are met.

Communications and Public Relations Support

  • Draft press releases, announcements, award submissions, executive bios, and internal communications for leadership review and approval.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine media inquiries, logging requests and routing them to leadership; do not issue public statements without approval.
  • Maintain media lists, distribution lists, and a record of published coverage.
  • Support crisis communications by preparing materials, coordinating distribution, and following established protocols under leadership direction.
  • Partner with HR on employee-facing communications and internal newsletters.

Website, Social Media, and Digital

  • Maintain the corporate website: update content, listings, team pages, news, and case studies on a defined review cycle so nothing goes stale.
  • Maintain individual property websites, including tenant directories, hours, leasing contacts, site plans, and construction or opening notices.
  • Coordinate with the outside web developer or platform vendor on scope, timelines, and issue resolution; escalate cost or scope changes.
  • Manage day-to-day corporate social media: build the content calendar, draft and schedule posts, and monitor engagement within established standards.
  • Maintain local search presence for each property, including business profiles and mapping data, and flag review or reputation issues to leadership.
  • Report on website and social analytics on a regular schedule.

Events and Sponsorships

  • Execute corporate and property events, including groundbreakings, grand openings, trade shows, community events, and the annual employee conference.
  • Handle event logistics: venue, vendors, permits, certificates of insurance, signage, giveaways, staffing, setup, and teardown.
  • Prepare event budgets for approval and track actual spend against approved amounts.
  • Capture attendance, participation, and engagement results and report them after each event.

Budget and Vendor Support

  • Track marketing spend against the approved budget and provide variance detail on the accounting close schedule.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships — designers, printers, photographers, event vendors — within approved scope.

Collaboration and Development

  • Work as a responsive partner to internal teams, with clear communication on what is in progress and what is committed.
  • Document repeatable processes as written procedures so marketing output stays consistent as the company grows.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce polished marketing materials start to finish, not solely to manage others who do.
  • Working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva at a professional level.
  • Experience maintaining a website through a CMS such as WordPress or Webflow, and coordinating with outside developers.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; able to draft a press release, a property flyer, and an executive email with equal comfort.
  • Experience planning and executing events, including on-site logistics.
  • Highly organized, with proven ability to manage many concurrent projects and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating within established standards and escalating decisions rather than setting direction independently.
  • Real estate, construction, property management, or another multi-stakeholder business preferred.
  • Social media management, email marketing platforms, SEO, and Google Analytics experience preferred.

Benefits

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Fast paced and dynamic work environment, including frequent interaction with senior leadership.
  • Generous paid time off policy.

  • Company paid life insurance.
  • Company paid short- and long-term disability insurance.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • 401k plan with Company match.

The annual base salary range for this role is 85-115k and is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
