We currently have a fulltime opportunity for Compliance Coordinator.
This role is part of the Marketing team, who develop the marketing strategy and manage the effective branding, advertising and promotion of the organisation.
This role is responsible for ensuring all marketing activities operate in compliance with all required standards, regulations, legislation and company policies and procedures.

Let’s talk about you

  • Bring good experience and a solid understanding of regulatory bodies, requirements and adherence to.
  • Proven previous experience in managing compliance requirements in a business.
  • Experience in managing risk and compliance within teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build & manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of financial management practices and principles
  • Compliance and Risk management
  • Experience in using the Microsoft suite of products, including office
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations

How will you support our “Why?” 

  • Ownership and maintenance of documents, such as Critical Information Summaries (CIS) and Key Facts Sheets (KFS), in line with telco industry compliance requirements.
  • Reviewing and approving all marketing materials to ensure compliance with relevant general consumer regulation, such as the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • Developing and maintaining compliance-related policies, procedures and communications
  • Auditing marketing items in the Compliance Register against policies and procedures
  • Reporting on compliance activities
  • Supporting the financial compliance, reconciliation and management
  • The position also contributes to Aussie Broadband’s broader approach to regulation and risk management and works with the Regulatory Affairs Advisor and Risk Manager as needed.
